The lifestyle of a true athlete combines year-round, structured training with ongoing education.
Coaching Based on These Principals
The combination of athletic training and education is the greatest of challenges for young people.
Striving for excellence in both sport and education is the only right choice.
The first duty of every team member is to support their team-mates.
Tough, fair competition needs to be learned and to be handled.
Racers must compete with respect for each other and for the race itself.
When an athlete commits to being the best, competition becomes an intense experience.
Winning counts, but it does not result from a single-minded focus, it includes education.
In a sport organization understanding comes from the front and the back.
Winning today was easy; it will be more difficult tomorrow.
Genuine sport brings people and cultures of the world together.
