Personal health and fitness mean different things to different people.  In this modern world we are all being challenged by the prospects of obesity, heart disease, and emotional stress in the now-familiar forms of diabetes, bypass surgery, loss of movement, lack of sleep, and depression.
 
The problem is not so much as knowing what is wrong, but in knowing the remedy, and most importantly being able to make it work. Have you  tried to lose weight but given up; started to get fit but got injured; continue to train can’t get better; spent time and money in gyms with nothing to show? If you recognize the pattern, the Athletic Directions program for fitness and health is for you.
 
Simple solutions work, and they will last for a lifetime. They can be learned through a 3 month course on fitness and health tailored to your personal needs and goals. Whether you are just getting off the couch or preparing for a personal best; whether you have never been fit or want to regain what has been lost, the course will set the path towards achieving your fitness and health goals, whatever they may be.
 
And they work - because they are based on fundamental knowledge of the human body, they make use of proven methods, and they are backed by more than 27 years experience in athletic coaching.
The three month program includes a personal interview and goal-setting, a daily training plan, weekly training sessions with coaching supervision, indoors and outdoors, and a final review that will chart your progress and define your directions for life.
 
By following the coaching program, fundamental positive changes will be clearly evident within the 3 month time frame. Most importantly, the emphasis on staying injury-free and on empowerment through learning means that it will be easy to continue into the future.
 
Learn the right way to achieve your fitness and health goals, and then make them happen. The coaching will work for individuals who are ready to make a positive change for life – their life.
 
Participants need to provide suitable clothing, to identify known medical conditions that could be compromised by physical activity, and may be asked to provide a doctor’s health certificate.
 
Costs: ~300$/person (3 month session).
